文章论述了当前农业科技人才管理的现状及加强管理的研究领域和内容,并进行了简要分析。基于农业科技人才管理的现实需要,对将非线性动力学视域中的农业科技人才流动进行了研究,建立农业科技人才输出-引进系统,定量分析系统平衡态的稳定性,分别给出系统在平衡点处稳定及产生不同分岔的条件,并通过数值计算得到了验证。结果表明:可以通过对模型的分析,选择适当的参数,使系统保持稳定,为农业科技人才管理政策的制订提供一定的理论依据。
This paper discusses the current status of talent management of agricultural science and technology and the research field and contents that needed to be strengthened, and makes a brief analysis. The talent mobility of agricultural science and technology in the nonlinear dynamical perspective was studied based on the realistic need of talent management of agricultural science and technology. A talent output and introduction system for agricultural science and technology was established, and then the stability of the equilibrium state of the system was quantitatively an- alyzed. The conditions of stability and different bifurcation at the equilibrium point were given, respectively; and then were verified by numerical calculation. The results showed that the system could remain stable through analyzing the related model, and selecting appropriate parameters, providing a theoretical basis for the policy formulation of the talent management for agricultural science and technology.
