三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)树脂具有良好的耐热性、胶接强度大等优异的特点,拥有着广阔的应用空间。对近年来MF树脂的改性研究进展进行了综述,包括针对MF树脂游离甲醛偏高、储存稳定性较差、固化后性脆易裂等方面的改性研究、生物质材料在MF树脂中的改性研究。在保证一定理化性能的基础上,更加的经济节能,是未来MF树脂产业化发展的一个趋势,也是今后的研究方向。
Themelamine -formaldehyde (MF) resin, which owned a broad application space, was characterized by having good heat resistance and high bonding strength. The progress on modified research of MF resin was overviewed. It provided an introduction of modification research on high free formaldehyde, poor storage stability, easily ruptured after curing and especially the modified study of biomaterials to MF resin. The modified research can be more economic and energy saving on the basis of certain physical and chemical properties, which is the development trend of MF resin industry and the direction in the further study.
