用球磨法对SiO2进行了改性并制备改性SiO2/磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)复合膜,用扫描电镜分析了膜的形貌,并测定了其热稳定性、拉伸强度、电导率等性能。SEM分析结果表明,当SiO2含量为109,6时,KH560改性SiO2(简记为:SiO2-KH560)在复合膜中的分布更均匀,并基本呈纳米尺度分布;膜的性能测定结果表明,复合膜的热稳定性都较均质膜有较大的提高;当SPEEK离子交换容量相同时,与均质膜相比,复合膜的电导率以及抗拉强度有增大趋势。
In this paper modified SiO2/sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) composite proton exchange membranes were obtained by ball milling. The morphology of the composite membrane were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy. Its thermal stability, tensile strength and electrical conductivity were also stud- ied. All the results show when the content of SmO2 is 10%, KH560 modified SiO2 composite membrane has a more uniform paticlesize distribution with almost a nanoscale. Membrane performance measurement results show that compared with homo-polymer membrane, the thermal stability of modified composite membrane increases remarkably. When ion-exchange capacity of the membrane is the same, the proton-exchange conductivity and the tensile strength of the modified composite membrane were greater than the homo-polymer membrane.
