初步探讨了东湖和西湖水体中氮的空间分布特征以及3种不同形态的氮与溶解氧的相关性。结果表明,(1)泉州东湖、西湖水体中总氮的平均含量分别为3.396、3.929mg/L,氨氮的平均含量分别为1.927、2.182mg/L,硝酸盐氮的平均含量分别为1.061、1.236mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮的平均含量分别为0.084、0.059mg/L,东湖和西湖水体的主要氮素形式均是氨氮。(2)东湖出水口和位于动物园附近的采样点总氮、氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮浓度较其它采样点高,入水口、湖区北部及湖心区采样点的氨氮和硝酸盐氮的分布趋势基本一致。西湖东南部采样点总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的含量都较其它采样点高。(3)东湖水体的DO浓度与氨氮、硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的含量都不具有相关性,而西湖水体的DO浓度与这3种形态氮显著相关。
Ten sites were selected for water sampling from Donghu Lake and twelve sites from Xihu Lake in Quanzhou in May, 2007. The spatial distribution of nitrogen in the water of Donghu and Xihu Lake and the correlations of 3 different forms of nitrogen with DO in the water were discussed. It was found that: (1)The average contents of TN, NH4 ^+ - N, NO3- - N and NO2- - N in Donghu Lake and Xihu lake are 3.396 with 3.929mg/L, 1.927 with 2.182mg/L, 1.061 with 1.23 6mg/L and 0.084 with 0.059 mg/L. NH4+ - N is main in the two lakes. (2) The contents of TN, NH4 + - N and NO2 - - N at sampling sites nearby the water outlet and the zoo in Donghu Lake are higher than other sites. The distributed tendency of NH4 ^+ - N and NO3 - - N at the water inlet, north and middle of Donghu Lake is almost consistent. The contents of TN, NH4 + - N, NO3 - - N and NO2 - - N at southeast of Xihu Lake are higher than others. (3) The nitrogen in Donghu Lake doesn't depend on the DO content, but in Xihu Lake the 3 different forms of nitrogen all have good correlations with DO content.
