城市污水对斑马鱼仔鱼的毒性研究

采用静态法在实验室控制条件下,观察处理前、后的城市污水对斑马鱼仔鱼的毒性反应,并探讨其对斑马鱼仔鱼可能的毒性机理。水样采用:1#为兰州市安宁区M污水处理厂处理前的污水;2#为M污水处理厂接触池出水;3#为M污水处理厂接触池出水入黄河排污口水;4#为水样3#下游沿岸0.5 km的水,与黄河水未充分混合;5#为水样3#下游沿岸1 km的水与黄河水充分混合;6#为水样3#上游沿岸0.5 km的黄河水。结果表明:1#~6#均对仔鱼有不同程度的毒性作用,其96 h内LC50体积分数位于19.292%~415.518%之间,且几种水样对斑马鱼仔鱼的毒性大小顺序为:1#﹥2#﹥3#﹥4#﹥5#﹥6#。

With the use of static method,the toxic reaction of the urban sewage treated and untreated on larva of zebrafish was observed under control condition in the laboratory,and then their possible toxic mechanism was discussed.Water sample 1# was untreated wastewater from M sewage treatment plant in Anning district,Lanzhou;water sample 2# was from effluent of contact tank of M sewage treatment plant;water sample 3# was from effluent poured into the Yellow River directly contact pool of M sewage treatment plant;water sample 4# was from the site nearshore 0.5 km downstream from 3#,not mixed fully with Yellow River water;water sample 5# was from nearshore 1 km downstream from 3#,and mixed fully with Yellow River water,and water sample 6# was from nearshore 0.5 km upstream of 3#.Results indicated that 1#~6# had the different toxicity to the fry,and the LC50 value was between 19.292% and 415.518% in 96 h.And the sequence of the toxicity of all water samples was: 1#﹥2#﹥3#﹥4#﹥5#﹥6#.
