通心络联合穴位注射、护理治疗糖尿病足临床效果分析

目的:探讨通心络联合穴位注射治疗糖尿病足临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病足患者60例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予通心络胶囊结合常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用穴位注射治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组MNSI评分显效率43.3%,总有效率83.3%;对照组显效率10.0%,总有效率53.3%;治疗组MNSI评分显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗组临床疗效显效率33.3%,总有效率80.0%;对照组显效率3.3%,总有效率40.0%;治疗组临床疗效显效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:糖尿病足采用通心络治疗联合穴位注射具有较好的临床效果,可改善患者的临床症状及体征以及MNSI评分,值得临床推广。

英文摘要:

Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with point injection for diabetic foot. Methods:Selected 60 cases with diabetic foot were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases. Control group was treated with blood sugar control and TongxinluoCapsule,and treatment group was treated with point injection based on treatment of control group. Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results:MNSI significant efficiency of treatment group was 43.3%,and total efficiency was 83.3%;MNSI significant efficiency of control group was 10.0%,and total efficiency was 53.3%;MNSI significant efficiency and total efficiency of treatment group were higher than control group,which showed significant difference(P〈0.01). Clinical significant efficiency of treatment group was 33.3%,and total efficiency was 80.0%;Clinical significant efficiency of control group was 3.3%,and total efficiency was 40.0%;Clinical significant efficiency and total efficiency of treatment group were higher than control group,which showed significant difference(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Tongxinluo Capsule combined with point injection for diabetic foot shows good clinical efficacy,and can improve MNSI,worthy of clinical promotion.
