由于软岩蠕变效应的特点,软岩隧道施工中往往会出现大变形的地质灾害,其严重威胁着隧道工程的施工安全和运营管理。以龙镇高速公路软岩隧道为背景,采用三维有限差分软件FLAC3D对4种支护体系进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟计算结果,深入分析在不同支护条件下隧道周边围岩的位移场、应力场分布,并探讨各种支护体系的支护效果。研究结果表明:超前支护是一种辅助支撑,在隧道开挖过程中对掌子面后的围岩稳定具有良好的控制作用,隧道开挖后可作为辅助支撑来控制拱顶沉降;锚杆区围岩注浆加固能够提高隧道周边围岩的整体性能,改善围岩受力状态,从而提高围岩的自稳能力,且对水平收敛也有较好的控制作用。
Due to the characteristics of soft rock creep effect,soft rock tunnel construction often encounters with geological disasters with large deformation,which seriously threaten the tunnel construction safety and operation and management. This paper used soft rock tunnel on Erlongguan-Zhenxiong Expressway as example,adopting 3D infinite difference software FLAC3 D to numerically simulate 4 types of support system. According to the numerical simulation results,the displacement field and stress field distribution of the surrounding rock of the tunnel under different supporting conditions are analyzed,and the supporting effect of various supporting systems is discussed. Study results show: The advanced support is an auxiliary support,which has a good control effect on the stability of the surrounding rock after the excavation of the tunnel. After the tunnel excavation,it can be used as auxiliary support to control the vault settlement; The grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock in anchoring area can improve the overall performance of the surrounding rock of the tunnel and improve the stress state of the surrounding rock,so as to improve the self-stabilizing ability of the surrounding rock and have better control effect on the horizontal convergence.
