表面多孔化材料的光热吸收特性

文章通过光线跟踪法,推导出了表面多孔化材料等效吸收率计算模型,并讨论了等效吸收率的影响因素。结果表明:等效吸收率与孔尺寸无关,而与孔隙率呈线性关系,随孔隙率增加而增加,但增加幅度与光线入射角和材料本身吸收率有关。材料本身吸收率在0.2~0.6之间时,增加的效果最显著,达30%左右。等效吸收率随光线入射角增大而增加,直射时达到最大。当光线入射角小于40°和超过75°时,等效吸收率随入射角增大而增加的幅度变缓;而当光线入射角在区间[40°,75°]时,随入射角增大,等效吸收率增加幅度显著。

英文摘要:

Adopting the method of ray tract,the equivalent absorptivity function of rays energy of the surface porous flat is modelled,and the influencing factors of equivalent absorptivity discussed in this paper.The result shows that the equivalent absorptivity of the surface porous flat has a linear relation to the surface porosity and has nothing to do with the hole size.The equivalent absorptivity increases with the surface porosity,the degree of which is related to incidence angle of light and the material inherence absorptivity.The equivalent absorptivity of the surface porous flat can increase more 30% than that of smooth flat while the material inherence absorptivity is in the range of 0.2~0.6.The equivalent absorptivity increases fastly with the incidence angle of light in the range of 40°~75°,while it increases slowly in the case of incidence angle more than 75° and less than 40°.
