In global e-commerce,it is an inevitable tendency that the integration of electronic supply chain management system develops from the tight-coupled single system to the loose-coupled and dynamic-bound modules.By applying semantic web service technology and business process management theory, an intelligent and dynamic integrated electronic supply chain system framework ESCMIF-SWS is proposed in the paper.The conceptual model of the framework and the crucial methods is introduced. Finally, an international purchase instance is analyzed to present the framework＇s running mechanism.
