建立了准零刚度系统的一般理论模型,讨论了系统在静平衡位置达到准零刚度的条件以及静平衡位置附近力与位移的关系。分析了准零刚度系统的幅频特性、跳跃频率及力传递率的特性,讨论了力传递率随激励力幅值、系统阻尼和系统刚度的变化趋势。设计并搭建了准零刚度试验台架,通过与线性系统的对比验证了准零刚度系统对低频振动隔离影响的优越性。
A general theoretical model of quasi-zero-stiffness system has been established. It discusses the conditions in which the system reaches the quasi-zero stiffness and the relationship between force and displacement at equilibrium, and analyzes the characteristics of amplitude frequency, jump frequency and force transmissibility. Furthermore, an extensive investigation is made on the variation of force transmissibility with the excited force" amplitude, system damper and system stiffness. And the experimental setup is established. Compared with the linear system, the quasi-zero-stiffness is proved to be superior in performance of vibration isolation in the low-frequency band.
