采用高速摄像技术在定容弹内对直喷汽油机多孔喷油器的喷油特性进行了研究,通过改变环境压力、喷油压力、喷油脉宽分析了这些因素对喷雾发展的影响.此外,重点研究了环境压力和喷油压力对喷雾贯穿距的影响.研究结果表明,随着环境压力增大,喷雾贯穿距减小;随着喷油压力增大,喷雾贯穿距增大;随着喷雾发展,环境气体围绕喷雾向相反方向运动,并且形成漩涡.
The High-speed video camera in a constant volume bomb gasoline direct injection within the injection characteristics of the porous injector was studied by changing the ambient pressure,injection pressure,injection pulse width of the spray of these factors influence the development process.In addition,focus on the environmental pressure and injection pressure throughout the range of the spray.The results showed that with increasing pressure on the environment,the spray penetration distance decreases;with the fuel injection pressure,the spray penetration distance increasing;with the spray development,environmental gas around the spray in the opposite direction,and the formation of vortex.
