Followed with the relocation of core enterprises, network positions of primary resource channels will transfer accordingly. This paper explores the different forms of the transfer and its effects based on the multilayer structural feature of external network environment of enterprises. Firstly, three layers of external network are defined. Then the paper explores the transferring forms of core enterprises in the three-layer network and analyzes the impact of change of network resources distribution following the relocation on the improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Finally, a two-dimensional concept model is built to research the correlation between the transfer of core enterprises in the three-layer network and competitiveness improvement.
