This paper describes a trinity structure system for technology and engineering capability of low carbon urban construc-tion as well as knowledge-ability structure radar chart. In this study, attempts are also made to curriculum structure system, curricu-lum design, credit, class period and teaching procedure for the course of ＂3＋2＋11＂low carbon urban construction technology and engi-neering.
