Nurses and nursing team are facing the increased ill requirements and social expectations and the complex task. The frontier of academic research literature on creativity and collaboration networks provides a new perspective to improve the innovation ability of nurses to build a vibrant nursing team. This paper reviews the research of creativity and collaboration networks, and takes the perspective of human capital, social capital as well as the combination of both to elaborate enlightenment to promote innovation nurses and nursing team construction.
