利用汞渗透管产生的气态单质汞和其他烟气主要气体成分模拟烟气条件,在固定床实验台上进行了以消石灰、飞灰和由两者混合物改性的3种物质作为吸附剂吸附单质汞的实验研究。实验结果表明,Ca(OH),吸附Hg^0效果较差,SO2的存在对Ca(OH)2吸附Hg^0有促进作用;经改性的普通高活性钙基吸附剂对Hg^0吸附效果比消石灰稍强,SO2的存在促进了普通高活性钙基吸附剂对Hg^0的吸附;有添加剂的高活性钙基吸附剂对Hg^0的吸附效率比普通高活性钙基吸附剂增加约30%,当有SO2存在时,有添加剂的高活性钙基吸附剂对Hg^0的吸附效率略低,而穿透时问延长。利用改性钙基吸附剂可以实现烟气中S02和Hg^0相对较低的成本同时脱除。
Elemental mercury adsorption by Ca(OH)2, fly ash and modified calcium-based sorbent which prepared by Ca(OH)2 and fly ash were experimentally studied in a fixed-bed facility with gaseous elemental mercury which produced by a mercury permeation tube and simulated flue gas compositions. The experimental results indicated that the adsorption performance of hydrated lime is relatively poor. The presence of SO2 in the simulated flue gas can enhance the Hg^0 capture efficiency. The adsorption performance of common modified calcium-based sorbent is better than hydrated lime. SO2 in simulated gas also promoted the Hg^0 adsorbent. Hg^0 adsorption efficiency by highly active Ca-based sorbent which have additive is higher than common modified calcium-based sorbent for about 30%. The Hg^0 adsorption efficiency of this sorbent decreased and the penetration time prolonged when SO2 exist in the simulated flue gas. The use of modified Ca-based sorbent can achieve simultaneous removal of SO2 and Hg^0 by relatively low cost.
