近年来,由于世界矿石资源的紧缺导致原材料价格不断上涨,节约型双相不锈钢以其价格和性能的双重优势逐渐得到广泛应用,尤其在石油化工、造纸、食品、淡水处理等行业成为替代传统的奥氏体不锈钢304L、316L等的理想材料。主要介绍节约型双相不锈钢的合金成分特点,研究状况和目前开发的新钢种及性能;并与其他不锈钢的性能及应用作出对比。其中双相不锈钢2304和LDX2101作为节约型双相不锈钢的主要产品,在工业和建筑行业已得到了广泛应用和认可。
Due to the shortage of mineral resources and the high price of Ni, Lean Duplex Stainless Steel (LDSS) was spread widely due to cost reduction by replacing Ni and Mo with Mn and N respectively. In addition, LDSS was now considered as the ideal material in various fields, such as petrochemical industry, papermaking industry, etc. , to replace the traditional austenite stainless steel 304 and 316L. Several aspects of LDSS were described including the alloy elements, hot research topics, new developed LDSS and the features of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties comparing with other stainless steels. At present, DSS2304 and LDX210I were successfully applied instead of a big portion of 304 and 316L and become new industrial standard in stainless steel industry.
