The horizontal complementarity problem is transformed into quadratic optimization to get the solution of horizontal complementarity by obtaining the K-K-T point quadratic optimization. We give the necessary and sufficient conditions for both the K-K-T point quadratic optimization and with solution and convex set solution horizontal complementarity problems.
