为了实现废轮胎粉碎生产线的精益生产,提出依据订单条件的多台细磨机磨盘间隙组合优化问题,建立了解决该问题的函数优化数学模型;通过实验确定了细磨机粒径分布、产量与磨盘问隙的关系;为了在整数域内求解带约束的多参数多峰值的函数优化问题,设计了以级联二进制编码为基础的遗传算法,并优化了初始种群生成方式;经多次验证,遗传算法均收敛到全局最优解,且与内点法解得结果相比,遗传算法在解决类似约束条件和整数域内多参数多峰值函数的优化问题时有更好的解和更高的效率,对解决磨盘间隙组合优化问题有很好的效果。
Discusses the combination optimization problem of several grinding machines' plate clearance to realize lean produc- tion,and establishes the problem' s mathematical model. The relationship of particle size distribution and productivity with the plate clearance is experimentally obtained. Design the genetic algorithm to minimize the target function within the integer domain and compare the result with the interior-point method. The results show that this GA has better effect and efficiency.
