具有人员柔性的FSP问题较之于经典的FSP问题更具有现实性和应用前景。首先提出人员一机器关系图并引出度量人员柔性的PM矩阵和FI指数,然后对传统FSP模型进行补充和改进,以萤火虫算法为工具,通过人员模式的选择和对应模式下的问题寻优两大步骤进行求解并利用经典Car类问题进行仿真,最后将其应用于实例求解。仿真和实例求解结果都充分说明了算法的有效性和可行性。
Personnel Flexibility Flow Shop Scheduling Problem is more realistic and practical than classical FSP. First, the personnel-machine diagram is proposed. Second, it extends the PM matrix and FI index to measure the personnel flexibil- ity. After improving the classical FSP model, it is used to solve the Car system problems and practical example through two steps by firefly algorithm at last. All of these prove that it is effective and feasible.
