采用不同的浓度氯化镧溶液对西瓜种子进行浸种处理,测定其对西瓜幼苗某些生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,采用适宜浓度的氯化镧溶液浸种处理可提高西瓜幼苗叶绿素含量、增加根系活力、抑制丙二醛增加、促进其干物质积累,从而有利于西瓜幼苗的生长。由不同浓度的氯化镧溶液浸种处理对西瓜幼苗营养指标及生理指标的影响进行综合判断可知,以10mg/L的氯化镧溶液处理效果为最好。
Effects of different concentration of LaCl3 soaking seeds on some growth and physiological indexes of Citrullus lanatus seedling were studied in the experiment.The results showed that, compared with the controls, appropriate concentration LaCl3 treatment could increase chlorophyll content, enhance root activity,restrain MDA formation,and accrue the accumulation of dry matter,so it was good to strong seedling culture of Citrullus lanatus. Comprehensive analysis inferred from the vegetative growth and physiological indicators attained in the study show that the 10mg/L LaCl3 is the best.
