以鲍鱼生殖腺多糖为原料,通过对稀酸水解法、一步脱硫法和二步脱硫法进行比较,确定了鲍鱼生殖腺多糖硫酸基脱除的最适方法。经过二步脱硫法制备得到的鲍鱼生殖腺脱硫多糖,在红外光谱的1 253cm-1处(SO24-特征吸收峰)基本消失,硫酸取代基脱除率为87.64%,多糖回收率为50%,并且多糖分子的母体结构未被破坏。二步脱硫法为鲍鱼生殖腺多糖脱除硫酸基的最适方法。
The desulphated comparison of abalone gonad polysaccharide by diluted acid hydrolysis, one-step desulfurization or two-step desulfurization showed that two-step desulfurization gave the best sulfate removal abilities. The desulfated polysaccharide caused the elimination of the huge infrared SO42-absorption peaks (1 253 cm-1), and removal ratio is 87.64%, indicating that the parent structure was not changed. Two-step desulfurization is considered as proper method for the sulfate removal of the abalone gonad polysaccharide.
