研究了溶解态、胶体态及颗粒态有机物对自我造粒流化床中颗粒特性的影响。研究表明,有机物的形态对颗粒粒径和有效密度有较大影响,即溶解态有机物形成的颗粒粒径最小,胶体态有机物形成的颗粒粒径次之,颗粒态有机物形成的颗粒粒径最大;有效密度规律则相反。此外,颗粒的平均粒径、平均有效密度沿床层高度的变化有不同分布,即自我造粒流化床底部形成的颗粒有效密度最大,但同种原水水质条件下颗粒粒径没有变化规律。
The effects of organic types on the formation of pellets in a fluidizing pellets bed reactor were studied. Three types (soluble, colloidal and particulate) of organic matters were selected for the cultivation of pellets, pellets formed in the soluble organic matters was smallest, followed by those in colloidal and particulate ones. Bigger pellets corresponded a smaller effective density. The effective density of pellets at different vertical of the fluidizing pellets bed reactor was different, the biggest effective density was found in the bottom of the reactor.
