英文摘要：

Screw is an important part of extruder. Using the configuration parameters of screw, extruder diameter of choke ring, length of 8, speed of screw and angle of screw-thread as experimental factors, extraction of corn germ oil iodine value as index, the effects of configuration parameters on the iodine value were studied. The method of quadratic orthogonal rotating combination desion of four factors and five levels was used, the response surface of the test data were analysed by SAS 9.1. The optimization of the technology of extrusion swelling of corn germ were diameter of choke ring 92 mm,length of 816 mm, speed of screw 7°06＇, angle of screw-thread 180 r/min. The iodine value ratio was 78.56 g/100 g in the paremeters of con-figuration of screw.
