企业内信任状况影响了内部员工相互协作的意愿和动机,进而体现到企业的经营绩效之中。通过问卷调研获得的数据进行计量分析,发现房地产开发企业的政策透明度、企业处理员工业务问题的公平度和处理薪酬提升问题的公平度、企业文化的和谐度都与企业内信任水平呈显著的正相关关系,与决策的公开度、员工参与决策程度、上下级间意见不一致程度、员工间冲突程度呈一定的负相关关系。以房地产开发企业近三年的净利润率作为经营绩效的衡量指标,回归结果显示出其与企业内信任状况呈现较强的统计显著性。
Enterprise internal trust status will influence the willingness and motivation of the employees' coop- eration,and will be further displayed in business performance. With surveys and questionnaires and measurement and analysis,the study finds that for the real estate development enterprises the policy transparency,justice in deal- ing with employee affairs, fairness in handling salary promotion, harmony of enterprise culture are all positively cor- related to the level of enterprise internal trust, and that the openness of decision-making, the degree of employee participation in decision-making, the level of disagreement between superior and subordinate, the status of employee conflict are negatively correlated to enterprise internal trust. With the net profit rate as measurement index for eval- uating the real estate development enterprises' business performance, regression study has shown that enterprise in- ternal trust is closely related to profit-making.
