青贮作为一种传统的饲草储存方式,也被用于沼气工程原料的跨季节储存。文章考查了青贮秸秆与牛粪在不同TS混合比(TMR)条件下的产气性能。结果表明,当牛粪与青贮秸秆TMR值为7∶3时,累积产气量,TS,VS产气量和产甲烷量均高于其它4种比例,该比例条件下累积甲烷产量最高(1816 mL)。秸秆青贮的储存方式有利于提高沼气产量和品质,适用于秸秆跨季节储存和预处理。
Ensiling is not only a conventional storage practice of forage grass,but also can be used for seasonal storage of biogas production materials. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the effects of different TS mixing ratios( TMR) of cattle manure and ensiled maize straw on biogas production. The results showed that the TMS at 7∶ 3 obtained the highest cumulative biogas production,highest TS biogas yield,VS biogas yield and methane yield. The highest accumulative methane production was 1816 mL. The present results demonstrated that ensiling was an appropriate method for straw storage and pretreatment,and could improve the yield and quality of biogas.
