固定晶化条件和合成原料参数,分别以四丙基氢氧化铵、偏铝酸钠、正硅酸乙酯为模板剂、铝源和硅源,考察了原料硅铝比对合成ZSM-5分子筛理化性能的影响。结果发现,随着原料硅铝比的增大,ZSM-5分子筛的相对结晶度降低;晶粒大小趋于增大,且其形貌由圆柱型向长条状转变;比表面积和孔容减小。在甲醇转化制丙烯过程中,原料硅铝比在280-360,ZSM-5分子筛的甲醇转化率为100%,丙烯收率高于43%,P/E比值为6.85-9.58。
Under fixed crystallization conditions and synthetic raw material parameters, the effects of the SiO2/ Al2O3 ratio on the characters of synthesized ZSM-5 sieve and its catalytic performance are detected by using tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide as template agent, sodium aluminate as aluminum source and ethyl silicate as silica source. It is found that with the increase of Si/Al ratio, the relative crystallinity of synthesized ZSM-5 sieve drops, specific surface area and pore volume also decreases;the particle size tends to increase, and further the morphology transforms cylindrical into long strips.In the process of methanol to propylene,when the ZSM-5 sieve with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio being 280-360 is used ,the conversion rate of methanol is 100% and the yield of propylene exceeds 43% with P/E ratio in 6. 85-9.58.
