在分析知识本身、发送方及接收方的因素对企业知识转移效果影响的基础上,借助问卷调查方法,进-步研究了社会化交互机制对企业知识转移过程的调节作用。研究发现:社会化交互机制对“知识默会性-知识转移效果”、“知识嵌入性-知识转移效果”及“发送方激励-知识转移效果”具有调节作用,而对“知识因果模糊性-知识转移效果”、“发送方可靠性-知识转移效果”及“接收方吸收能力-知识转移效果”之间不具有调节作用。
In this paper, we empirically examined the effect of the influencing factors of knowledge itself, sender and recip- ient. Further, we studied the moderating effect of the socialization interaction mechanisms(SIM) on knowledge transfer process. The results show that the moderating effects of the SIM on "knowledge tacitness-knowledge transfer effect", "knowledge embeddedness-knowledge transfer effect" and "sender's incentives-knowledge transfer effect" are significant, but the moderating effect is not significant on "knowledge causal ambiguity-knowledge transfer effect", "the reliability of the sender-knowledge transfer effect "and" recipient absorptive capacity-knowledge transfer effect".
