The paper made a game analysis of the behavior relation between scaled rice farmers and average farmers who are losing their land in the course of specialization of agrieultultural production. First, under the hypothesis of cyberspace economic effect and clear property fights, a deduction was made on whether the average rice farmers would be willing to lease their land by adopting backwords induction of game theory. Next, a ＂a bargain model of offering in turn＂ was proposed to examine how rents should be decided if scaled rice growers rented the land of the average growers. Finally some relevant conclusions were made including the lessons to be learnt. The game model was established and analyzed in the hope of making some micro - description of the economic decision - making process in cultivated land transfer between the farmers.
