The theory of learning in games has become the frontier in economic research in recent years. With three learning modes, it studies such hot topics as system transformation, action analysis and economic development. The theory of learning in games provides a new angle for the research of enterprise organizational governance. Therefore, it is reasonable and inevitable that it be used in studying the problem of enterprise governance. It is also of great theoretical value in widening the scope of the science of economic management.
