将四阶矩方法与响应面方法相结合,提出一种适用于隐式极限状态方程的可靠性灵敏度四阶矩估算方法.该方法将可靠性灵敏度计算方法与有限元方法相结合,可以准确、快速地计算具有任意分布设计变量的复杂模型可靠性灵敏度,为复杂结构可靠性灵敏度计算提供了一种新思路.对曲柄滑块机构和压力容器管接头两个不同类型的数值算例进行了可靠性灵敏度计算,并采用Monte Carlo方法对计算结果进行了验证.结果表明,两种方法计算得到的可靠性差异很小,且四阶矩估算方法的计算效率远高于Monte Carlo方法的计算效率.
The reliability sensitivity estimation for implicit limit state function was proposed by using fourth-moment method and response surface method. The reliability sensitivity of complex structures with arbitrary distribution parameters could be calculated accurately and quickly by combi- ning reliability sensitivity estimation method and finite element method. The reliability sensitivity of two numerical examples such as slider-crank mechanism and pipe joints of pressure vessel were calcu- lated using proposed method, and Monte Carlo method was used to validate the results. The results show that the reliability has little difference between two methods, and the proposed method is more efficient than Monte Carlo method.
