牺牲阳极法是有机电化学合成中的重要方法。本文以氯苯为原料用牺牲阳极法合成苯甲酸,研究了影响反应的主要条件,反应温度、电极材料、反应物浓度、导电盐等对反应的影响。得出了该类反应的较佳条件为:用不锈钢作阴极,铝片为阳极,反应温度5℃,氯苯浓度为0.53mol/L,四丁基溴化铵浓度为0.13mol/L,反应收率达到31.2%,电流效率为27.4%。
Sacrificing anode is an important method in electoorganic synthesis.In this thesis,the main reaction conditions have been researched in electrosynthesis of benzoic acid from chlorobenzene,such as temperature,electrode materials,reactant concentration,conducing salt,etal..The opti- mal conditions are obtained and the yield is achieved in 31.2%,the current efficiency is 27.4% at 5℃.
