针对流程复杂性分析中对角色深层交互关系讨论的不足,提出了一种基于角色相容度的流程复杂度评估方法。首先通过考虑角色所负责活动之间的资源应用相容性,区分了角色的重要性,提出关键角色的概念。然后在融合角色相容度和关键性因素的基础上,结合工作流日志蕴含的角色交互频率,计算得出流程的总体复杂程度。通过案例分析表明,该方法能够比较全面地度量流程的复杂性。
Aiming at the shortage of deep interaction among roles in process complexity analysis,a process complexity evaluation method based on role-compatibility was presented.Through considering the resource utilizing compatibility between activities and distinguishing the improtance of roles,the concept of critical roles was proposed.By integrating the role compatibility and critical factors,the general process complexity was calculated on the basis of role interaction frequency implied in workflow logs.A typical case analysis showed that the method could measure the process complexity more deeply.
