目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐联合川芎嗉介入治疗糖尿病足的诊疗效果,为临床有效治疗糖尿病足（DF）提供参考.方法选取68例DF重症患者,采用静脉低分子右旋糖酐和川芎嗪,同时进行介入治疗,治疗4周后观察疗效.结果全部68例患者治疗后症状减轻或消失,临床效果良好.结论低分子右旋糖酐联合川芎嗪介入治疗DF,可改善患足的血供,有效预防和控制DF的发生和发展,临床效果显著,值得推广.

Objective To explore low molecular dextran and ligustrazine effect o f intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot treatment, for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot （DF） to provide reference. Methods A total of 68 cases witii severe DF by intravenous low molecular dextran and ligustrazine, and interventional therapy, the curative effect were observed after 4 weeks of treatment Results All o f 68 patients were relieved or disappeared after treatment, and the clinical effect was good. Conclusions Low molecular dextran and ligustrazine intervention in treatment of DF can improve and affected the blood of the foot ,the occurrence and development of effective prevention and control of DF, significant clinical effect, worthy of promotion.
