The ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan points out the direction for the development of manufacturing in- dustry upgrade in our country. For higher vocational education, it should actively respond to the ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan and make tremendous contribution to the implementation of the plan. Based on the demand for highly skilled professionals of ＂Made in China 2025＂ plan and on the current development of higher vocational education, this paper discussed how to improve and perfect the development issues of the higher vocational education in order to guarantee it can train more and more highly skilled professionals from several aspects, such as the perfection of the talent training plan, the training of highly skilled composite personnel, the construction of high quality profes- sional technical teachers＂ team and so on.
