为了解萝卜种质资源的遗传多样性,对68份萝卜种质的10个形态性状进行了主成分分析及聚类分析,主成分分析表明:对萝卜种质进行分类,应依次考虑的因素分别为植株颜色、植株株型、叶部特征、根部特征和根部颜色;聚类分析表明:68份萝卜种质能够分成3个类别,即普通红萝卜、樱桃型萝卜和非红普通萝卜。
In order to understand the genetic diversity of radish germplasm resources, we carried out principal component anal- ysis and cluster analysis of 68 radish germplasms according to 10 morphological characters. The principal component analysis showed that the radish germplasm classification factors considered in turn were plant color, plant type, leaf characteristics, root characteris- tics and root color. Cluster analysis indicated that the 68 radish germplasms could be divided into three categories, namely ordinary carrot, cherry - type radish, and un - red ordinary radish.
