利用常规、含Cd^2+和含Pb^2+的3种细菌培养基,分离云南省会泽县铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜的根际细菌,采用含Cd^2+或Pb^2+的培养液培养分离物,研究和比较这3种培养基分离的细菌对Cd^2+和Pb^2+的耐性,结果表明,Cd^2+和Pb^2+抑制3种细菌培养基分离的铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜根际细菌的生长。Cd^2+对常规、含Cd^2+和含Pb^2+细菌培养基分离的圆叶无心菜根际细菌生长半数抑制浓度(EC50)平均值分别为0.20、0.41和0.24mmol·L^-1,EC50最大值分别为0.70、0.79和0.48mmol·L^-1;Pb^2+的EC50平均值分别为0.40、0.53和0.52mmol·L^-1,EC50最大值分别为0.77、0.87和0.82mmol·L^-1。含Cd^2+的培养基分离的圆叶无心菜根际细菌对Cd和Ph的耐性较强。
Cuhurable rhizosphere bacteria of Arenaria orbiculata in abandoned lead - zinc mine area in Huize, Yunnan, China were isolated by common, Cd^2+ or Pb^2+ containing media. Cd and Pb tolerance of bacteria isolated by 3 media was studied by culturing the bacteria in fluid media containing Cd^2+ or Pb^2+ , the results showed that: the growth of rhizosphere bacteria of Arenaria orbiculata in abandoned lead - zinc mine area was suppressed by Cd^2+ or Pb^2+. The average EC50 of Cd^2+ on inhibition of the growth of rhizosphere bacteria isolated by common, Cd^2+ or Pb^2+ containing media was 0.20, 0.41 and 0.24 mmol ·L^-1, the maximum ECho of Cd^2+ was 0.70, 0.79 and 0.48 mmol·L^-1 respectively. The average EC50 of Pb^2+ on inhibition of the growth of rhizosphere bacteria isolated by common, Cd^2+ or Pb^2+ containing media was 0.40, 0.53 and 0.52 mmol·L^-1, the maximum EC50 of Pb^2+ was 0.77, 0.87 and 0.82 mmol·L^-1 respectively. Cd and Pb tolerance of Arenaria orbiculata rhizosphere bacteria isolated by Cd^2+ containing media was stronger.
