利用水热法合成Ce掺杂ZnS纳米线,通过X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),光致发光(PL)等测试手段对样品的结构、形貌和光学性能进行表征.结果表明:Ce成功地掺入到ZnS的晶格中,样品沿着(002)方向优先生长,并且具有较好的光学性能.
The wurtzite ZnS:Ce3+ nanowires were successfully fabricated using a simple hydrothermal method. The structure and optical properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence (PL). The results indicated that the Ce3+ ions were substitutionally doped into the ZnS lattice, the as-synthesized sample is growing along the (002) direction and has the good optical properties.
