聚合物相变材料是一类新型清洁、储能材料.分别采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)等研究了重复单元数()为2,10和20的聚乙二醇正十六烷基醚(C16En)的结晶结构、结晶性能和热稳定性.重复单元数的变化对 C16En 的性能有重要影响.C16En 在0℃下可形成完整的结晶结构,在≥10时,C16En 的结晶结构与聚乙二醇相似. C16E10的熔融温度和结晶温度分别为33.7和15.0℃,热焓达到148 J/g,5%失重温度296℃,热稳定性优于正十六烷和1-十六醇,是一种有前途的聚合物相变材料.
Polymeric phase change material was a new type of energy-storage materials.The crystal structure, thermal property and thermal stability of polyethylene glycol hexadecyl ether (C1 6En)with various repeat units ( = 2,10 and 20 )were characterized using temperature variable fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),temperature variable wide-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG),etc.The number of repeat units has significant effect on the crystalliza-tion and phase change properties of C1 6En.C1 6En exists in perfect crystal at 0 ℃.The crystal structure of C1 6E10 was the same as that of polyethylene glycol.The melting,crystallizing temperature and enthalpy of C1 6E10 were 33.7,15.0 ℃ and 148 J/g,respectively.The thermal stability of C1 6E10 was about 296 ℃,which was higher than those of n-hexadecane and 1-hexadecanol.C1 6E10 was a promising phase change materials.
