为明确丁香酚麻醉不同规格俄罗斯鲟所需合适浓度,采用净水法,测定了不同质量浓度的丁香酚在不同麻醉时间条件下对俄罗斯鲟的麻醉效果。实验结果表明,随着丁香酚的质量浓度从40mg/L提高到160.06mg/L,平均完全麻醉时间从30.50min减少至1.50min,平均完全复苏时间从1.12min增长到10.66min。而完全麻醉后继续麻醉不同时间实验结果显示,当丁香酚的质量浓度不高于80.02mg/L时,继续麻醉10min内复苏率达100%;而质量浓度不低于100.82mg/L时继续麻醉10min则出现复苏率下降。相同浓度丁香酚对不同体重俄罗斯鲟麻醉效果实验表明,相同浓度的丁香酚对不同体重的俄罗斯鲟麻醉效果相差不大。结果提示,丁香酚用于俄罗斯鲟麻醉时,应掌握好麻醉浓度及麻醉时间,避免麻醉过度造成损失。
In order to determine appropriate concentration of eugenol needed for the anesthesia of different specifica- tions of Russian sturgeon, this study adopted purified water and determined the anaesthetic effects of different concen- trations of eugenol on Acipenser gueldenstaedti under different anaesthesia time. The results showed that the average anaesthesia induction period decreased from 30.50 to 1.50 min, and the average recovery time prolonged from 1.12 to 10.66 min when the concentration of eugenol was increased from 40 to 160.06 mg/L. If anaesthesia was continued after the full anaesthesia, the experiment results for different time showed that the recovery time reached 100% if the anaesthesia was continued for additional 10 min when eugenol concentration did not exceed 80.02 mg/L. If the anaes- thesia was continued for additional 10 min when the concentration was not lower than 100.82 mg,/L, the recovery rate decreased. The anesthesia effect of the same concentration of eugenol on Acipenser gueldenstaedti of different weights test showed that the anesthesia effect of the same concentration of eugenol on Acipenser gueldenstaedti of different weights was small. The results indicated that when eugenol was used for anesthesia of Acipenser gueldenstaedti, it' s necessary to control the concentrations and anaesthesia time of eugenol to reduce loss caused by excessive anaesthesia.
