HAN Dongsheng was born in Heilongjiang, China in 1980. He received the B.Eng. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from North China Electric Power University of China in 2003 and the Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information System from Beijing Jiaotong University of China in 2012. He is currently a lecturer in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University Since Apr. 2012. S. degree, in Electronical Engineering from Liaoning Technical University in 1986 and 1988, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronical Engineering from China University of Mining & Technology in 2000. From Feb. 2000 to Jan. 2002, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. Since Feb. 2002, he has been with Beijing Jiaotong University, where he is currently a Professor in the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, China. His main research interests are digital communication system, spread spectrum system and communication signal processing. PENG Yuefeng was born in Hunan, China in 1986. He received the B. S. degree in 2008 from Tianjin Polytechnic University. He had pursued M.S. degree since 2008 and he has been pursuing Ph.D. degree since 2009 both in the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, China. From July 2010 to now, he is an intern in Wireless Technology Division, Mobile Wireless Group, lntel.
