In order to understand the villagers＇ satisfaction on the healthy village governance in China,a Satisfaction Evaluation Model （SEM） was built based upon the indexes of domestic and foreign cities and villages and the Customer Satisfaction Index （CSI） model.By collecting questionnaire data through on-the-spot investigation and using the weighted arithmetic evaluation method,it was found that the villagers＇ satisfaction index of 3.161,which is equivalent to percentile of 63.22%,was at moderate level.In order to get insights into factors affecting satisfaction level,the reasons that why villagers were not satisfied with the healthy village governance were analyzed by four-graphs diagnoses combined with feedbacks from interviews and some practical solutions were put forward.
