根据某筏式基础高层住宅楼的倾斜变形状况,分析其倾斜变形原因是由多种因素的综合影响所致的,据此提出并采用了以"筏板外扩+地下室南侧堆载+锚索加压+钻孔取土+地基注浆加固"为主的综合纠偏加固方案。为保证该建筑物能够安全、平稳地回归,在方案实施过程中同步进行了沉降控制、应力控制、回倾控制以及防复倾加固等多种控制性分析。并应用了多重监测手段,整个过程做到"动态化设计,信息化施工",最终使该楼倾斜率满足国家规范要求,纠偏加固工程得以圆满完成。
According to a high-rise residential building of raft foundation inclination and deformation condition,the project analyzes the reason why the building become incline and deformed is caused by the combined influence of many factors,and then present and adopt the composite incline-rectifying method which is included ‘the raft extension + surcharge learning + anchor-pressuring + digging-out soil +the foundation grouting reinforcement'. In order to ensure the safety and stability of inclined building,the project analyzes synchronously the control of settlement,stress,incline-reverting and strengthening preventing repeated incline,when the project in the process of conduct. Applying to the multiple monitoring of building settlement and deformation,the whole process should do ‘design in dynamic and information construction',meeting the national related standards and practical requirements,and making the building incline-rectifying engineering gets done.
