随着煤炭市场的开放和电力工业改革的不断深入，煤炭价格、发电价格及用电价格等问题受到了更大的关注。煤炭价格的波动、发电价格及用电价格如何进行联动调整，不仅关系到电力产业能否健康发展，而且关系到其他行业的生产成本。煤炭价格作为电力产业价格链的源头，需要根据其波动情况，定期对整个电力产业各环节价格进行联动定量化设计。对于煤炭价格、发电电价、输配电价、销售电价进行考虑,构造各环节约束模型．以给出价格联动的量化分析。
英文摘要：
With the opening of the coal market and the deepening of electric power industry reform, the coal prices, power generation prices and electricity prices get more attention. How to link and adjust the power generation prices and electricity prices because of fluctuations in coal prices, which not only related to the healthy development of the power industry but also to the production cost of other industries. Coal price is the source of the price chain of electric power industry, which needs the design of quantitative linkage to the entire power industry according to their fluctuated condition regularly. The coal price, power generation price, transmission and distribution price, and retail price were considered. The constraint model was constructed in order to give the quantitative analysis in the price linkage.
