在研究锌锰干电池缓蚀剂的基础上,筛选出缓蚀效果较好的BiCl3缓蚀剂,加入弱酸性有机络合剂E,得到一种新型缓蚀剂EB。实验结果表明,EB的最佳质量分数为250×10-6。用循环伏安仪和交流阻抗仪进一步对其缓蚀机理进行研究,初步得出EB的缓蚀机理主要为化学吸附。
The BiCI3 inhibitor with higher inhibiting efficiency was selected on the basis of the study of inhibitor in zinc-manganese battery,and after the mixing of a kind of weak acid organic complex compound E, a new inhibitor EB was found. The experimental results show that the inhibiting effect is best when its concentration is 250 × 10^-6. The inhibiting mechanism was studied by measuring cycle volt-ampere curves and the circuit impedance curves. The result is that the inhibiting mechanism of EB is chemical adsorption.
