本文以细菌Pseudomonas sp.产生的胞外聚合物PS-2作为吸附剂,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)研究了胞外聚合物PS-2对锌的吸附性能,提出了用胞外聚合物作为富集剂,预富集、分离Zn(Ⅱ)的新方法。研究结果表明:在pH 6.0时,该吸附剂对水中的锌离子具有很强的吸附能力且该聚合物对Zn(Ⅱ)的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,静态吸附容量达28.89 mg/g,吸附在吸附剂上的锌离子,用0.5 mol/L的硝酸可定量洗脱。方法检出限为4.1μg/L,对初始浓度为0.01 mg/L Zn(Ⅱ)的溶液,独立吸附测定6次,相对标准偏差为3.2%。将其用于河水和井水中痕量锌的富集测定,回收率为95%~102%。
In this study,the extracellular polymers(PS-2) generated by Pseudomonas sp.was used as adsorbent.The adsorption property of extracellular polymers(PS-2) to zinc was investigated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).A new enrichment and separation method for Zn(Ⅱ) was proposed using extracellular polymers(PS-2) as enrichment reagent.The results showed that adsorption efficiency for Zn(Ⅱ) in water was high at pH 6.0,and the adsorption of extracellular polymers PS-2 to Zn(Ⅱ) fitted well with Langmuir isotherm with static adsorption capacity up to 28.89 mg/g.The adsorbed Zn(Ⅱ) could be quantitatively eluted with 0.5 mol/L nitric acid.Detection limit of this method was 4.1 μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) for six independent adsorptions and determinations of 0.01 mg/L of Zn(Ⅱ) solution was 3.2 %.The method has been applied to the enrichment and determination of trace Zn(Ⅱ) in river water and well water with recoveries of 95 %-102 %.
