为研究壳聚糖接枝四(对-羧基苯基)钴卟啉(Co TCPP)的催化性能,采用酰化反应方法制备了壳聚糖接枝四(对-羧基苯基)钴卟啉(Co TCPP-CTS)催化材料,用紫外可见光谱仪(UV-vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线扫描仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TG)和透射电镜(TEM)技术对其进行表征,并用于催化空气氧化乙苯研究。催化结果表明:在最佳反应条件下(140℃,0.8 MPa),含有0.3 mg的Co TCPP Cl的壳聚糖固载四(对-羧基苯基)钴卟啉可以重复催化4次,反应时间2.5 h,乙苯转化率平均为10.4%,醇酮选择性平均为85.6%,醇酮产率平均为8.86%。这说明此催化材料保持了原有Co TCPP Cl的催化活性,并能高效重复使用。壳聚糖是一种良好的载体,在催化反应过程中对金属卟啉有良好的保护和促进作用。
To investigate the catalytic performance of chitosan grafted cobalt tetra( p-carboxylphenyl) porphyrin( Co TCPP-CTS),Co TCPP-CTS was prepared by an acylation and was characterized by UV-Vis,FT-IR spectra,X-ray diffraction( XRD) pattern,thermoanalyser( TG) and transmission electron microscope( TEM). The material was used as a catalyst for oxidation of ethylbenzene.The experimental results show that under the optimal oxidation conditions( 140 ℃ and 0. 8 MPa),a quantity of the catalyst containing 0. 3 mg of Co TCPP Cl could be recycled for 4 times. On average,the ethylbenzene conversation rate,the selectivity( acetophenone and phenylethanol) and the yield( acetophenone and phenylethanol) are 10.4%,85.6% and 8.6%,respectively,indicating that the catalyst material contains the original activity of the cobalt porphyrin and can be efficiently recycled,and chitosan is a good support for protecting and promoting the cobalt porphyrin for the catalysis of ethylbenzene oxidation.
