针对传统研究方法对Z源AC/AC变换器输出电压幅值及相位分析的不准确性,建立了计及变换器电路参数的状态空间平均模型。Matlab时域仿真证实,变换器的输出特性并非由开关元件的导通占空比惟一确定。X型网络中电容及电感参数不仅决定输出电压的幅值及相位,也对变换器的工作稳定性产生影响。单一的计算公式无法对变换器的输出电压特性做精确描述。对输出电压准确度要求很高的情况下,采用PID电压控制技术可达到较好的电压调节效果。
In comparison with traditional study of Z- source AC/AC converter, the state space average model can greatly improve the computation accuracy of the output voltage,which takes the circuit parameters into account. The numerical simulation of time domain with Matlab software verifies that the output characteristic of the converter is not only defined by the duty factor of the switch. The amplitude and phase of the output voltage are partly defined by the values of inductance and capacitance of the X net,and the working stability of the converter can be influenced by the values as well. The output characteristic of the converter can not be exactly described just by a single computing formula. High accuracy can be achieved by PID control of the output voltage. Keywords:
