利用DICTRA(diffusion controlled transformation)软件分别优化了Cu-Pt和Pd-Pt二元合金系中fcc相扩散迁移率参数与温度的函数关系,计算结果和实验数据取得了良好的一致性.基于所优化的参数计算了扩散偶的浓度曲线,计算结果与实验结果比较可知,本研究所优化的扩散迁移率参数具有良好的准确性与有效性.该研究为Cu-Pt和Pd-Pt二元合金系的动力学研究提供了基础数据.
Based on CALPHAD (calculation of phase diagram) technique, the diffusion mobilities in fcc Cu-Pt and Pd-Pt alloys have been assessed as a function of temperature using DICTRA (diffusion controlled transformation) software package in this work. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Further verification of the diffusion mobilities obtained is carried out through comprehensive comparisons between the model-predicted diffusion profiles of several diffusion couples and the experimental data. The results indicate that the diffusion rnobilities obtained can reproduce the experimental data well. The study provides the basic databases for the kinetics research of Cu-Pt and Pd-Pt alloys.
