Lei Guo, received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2006. He is a Professor with Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. His current research interests include communication networks, optical communications, and wireless communications. He has published over 200 technical papers in the above areas in inter-national journals and conferences, such as the IEEE TRANSACTIONSON COMMUNICATIONS, the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, the IEEE/OSA JOURNAL OF LIGHTWAVE TECHNOLOGY, the IEEE/ OSA JOURNAL OF OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS and NETWORKING, the IEEE GLOBECOM, and the IEEE ICC. He is a member of the OSA, and he is also a Senior Member of CIC, He is now serving as an Editor five international journals, such as Photonic Network Communications and The Open Optics Journal. Weigang Hou, received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2013. He is currently an associate professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. His research interests include Internet of Things, optical network+traffic grooming, optical network+SDN, optical network+ cloud data center, optical network+chip. He has published over 70 technical papers in the above areas in inter-national journals and conferences, such as the IEEE NETWORK, the IEEE/OSA JOURNAL OF LIGHT- WAVE TECHNOLOGY, the IEEE/OSA JOURNAL OF OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS and NETWORKING, the IEEE GLOBECOM, and the IEEE ICC. He is a member of OSA. Pengxing Guo, received the bachelor degree in college of engineering from Bohai University, Jinzhou, China, in 2014, and received the master degree in communication and information systems from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2016. He is currently pursuing the Ph D degree in the same university. His research inter ests include optical network-on-chip, optical inter connects and reliable networks design.
