研究红枣地不同保护性耕作措施对枣树生长发育、枣果生长动态、红枣产量及其品质的影响,从而探讨该区域枣园最适耕作模式。在翻耕覆草、旋耕覆草、免耕覆草和免耕裸地条件下,测定枣树营养生长、枣果生长动态、红枣产量及其品质。结果表明:旋耕覆草处理枣树长势最好,红枣地667m2产量较高,比免耕覆草增产29.67%,比免耕裸地增产30.14%。旋耕覆草处理的红枣维生素C质量分数最高为1.516g/kg,比翻耕覆草处理的红枣维生素C质量分数高20.66%。旋耕覆草处理的红枣总酸质量分数最低为1.52g/kg,比翻耕覆草处理的总酸质量分数低30.91%。从枣树长势、红枣产量、品质指标综合分析,旋耕覆草处理的枣树长势最好、红枣产量较高、品质最好,适合在该区域推广。
To study the effects of different conservation tillage measures on growth and development of jujube trees, fruit growth, yield and quality of jujube, and explore the most suitable cultivation in the agricultural district, jujube vegetative growth, fruit dynamic growth, yield and quality were determined in the soil conditions of tillage, rotary tillage with straw mulching, no tillage straw mulching and no tillage. The results show that jujube grows best in rotary tillage mulching treatment, the fuit yield is higher than that of no tillage with grass cover, increased by 29. 67%, and increased by 30.14% than that of no tillage soil.
